We offer the following shipping options for all items except software downloads and bulky items:
Standard Shipping
- 4 - 6 working days
Express Shipping
- 1 - 3 working days (Metro East Coast)

Some items may be considered Bulky and therefore attract a greater shipping charge. This is the total shipping charge and is not in addition to our Standard or Express Shipping charges.
All orders (in stock items) must be placed by 12.30pm AEST/AEDT for same day despatch. Orders placed after 12.30pm, during weekends, holidays or after hours will be processed the following business day.
We do our best to maintain stock of our most popular items, all other items are normally despatched within a few days however we will advise you if your item is not in stock within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will advise of the approximate delivery time.
We primarily use Australia Post, TNT, StarTrack Express, Couriers Please, TFM Logistics and Toll Express depending on the delivery location and shipping option chosen.
Delivery timings are approximate and may differ due to circumstances outside of our control such as flight delays, traffic incidents, extreme weather etc.
Software downloads that do not require delivery of a physical product do not attract a shipping charge. Serial Numbers will be emailed within 24 hours, turnaround is often within a few hours.

The Blackmagic Micro Converters are incredibly tiny broadcast quality video converters that come in two models, one for converting from SDI to HDMI, and one for converting from HDMI to SDI. Use with the beautifully crafted Canare cables to ensure you get the best quality connection and signal.
The rugged, miniaturized design of Blackmagic Micro Converters makes them small enough to be used anywhere and conveniently hidden out of sight! Perfect for longer SDI cable lengths
Blackmagic Micro Converters include built in SDI re-clocking on the 3G-SDI input. The SDI re-clocking will regenerate the SDI video input, reduce SDI jitter and improve SDI eye pattern before the signal gets to the converter’s processing. This allows longer cable lengths because even degraded SDI signals can still be used. Other small, cheap converters often leave out important features such as this, making them unreliable for broadcast use. Blackmagic Micro Converters don’t suffer from these problems because they are a true professional design!
Full Size Connections - Works with the cables you already have or get your cables right here!
Even though they’re incredibly small, Blackmagic Micro Converters feature full size 3G-SDI and HDMI connections! The SDI connections are multi-rate, making them compatible with SD and HD-SDI equipment. For maximum compatibility, micro converters support both level A and level B 3G-SDI devices. Micro Converter SDI to HDMI also includes an SDI input loop through connection. Micro Converter HDMI to SDI features two 3G-SDI outputs, so you can connect it to multiple devices such as switchers, routers, monitors and more!
USB Powered!
Blackmagic Micro Converters are powered via the same micro USB connection that’s used on smartphones so you can any USB device, or any smartphone charger to power the converters! You can even use smartphone chargers and rechargeable battery packs to power micro converters on set. With so many an easy to use power solutions, you’ll never be without a power supply again!
