Captioning Your Live Stream

We often get asked by clients if we can provide live captions for their event and the answer is ‘yes we can!’

Live captioning not only means your live video stream is accessible to everyone including those who are deaf or hard of hearing but it also gives people the option to watch with the volume turned off if they are in an area where they can’t play audio. Almost 85% of Facebook videos are watched without audio so without captions you are potentially losing out on a huge audience.

The visual nature of captions also appeals to a variety of learning needs – people learn in a vast array of different ways and by giving both the sound and visual options you are giving your video the best chance to be remembered and retained.

Our live captions are produced in a way that the viewer has the option to turn the captions on or off just like you can in YouTube and other online video platforms, giving your live video that professional feel.

Live Captioning is quite a technical task and we have had many years of experience to find the best user experience. We have a captioning partner with years and years of experience and between us we are confident we can deliver a premium experience for you and your audience.
